Rate: $4/hr, and earn up to 40,000 PHP +/month

Schedule: Monday  – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PST with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent and conducting calls with great energy is a MUST!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with leads.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in using the gymsales.net CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • A passion for health and fitness is a plus
  • Has own PC/Laptop
  • Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media, using our CRM system, gymsales.net.
  • Nurture Leads: Develop and maintain relationships with leads by providing valuable information, answering questions, and addressing concerns to build trust and rapport.
  • Campaign Specific Outreach: Implement campaign-specific follow-up strategies to maximize lead engagement and appointment scheduling.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule in-person body scan consultation appointments with leads, coordinating with coaches and prospects’ availability.
  • Database Management: Accurately maintain lead data, updates, and records in the gymsales.net CRM system.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead engagement metrics and appointment conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align follow-up efforts with campaign objectives and overall sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to leads, ensuring a positive experience throughout the follow-up process
