Rate: $6/hr, and earn up to 37,000 PHP +/month

Schedule: Maximum of 25 hours per week.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
  • 2 years minimum experience in Accounts Payable data entry is preferred.
  • Accounting Software experience such as SalesForce/Accounting Seed or another similar accounting system a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Speaks and understands English well.

    Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices into the Payables module of Accounting Seed as provided.
  • Identify when services were provided to assign correct accounting period.
  • Code invoices to GL expense account along with Division and Departments.
  • Attached PDF copy of invoices to payable data entered.
