SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE
What You Will Be Doing:
- Work individually and collaboratively with the team for development and improvement of products and features
- Participate in weekly team meetings and company activities
- Contribute to the professional growth of the company through commitment and quality of work
- Performs manual testing of applications
- For all phases of the Software Development Cycle:1) Check new features before merging, 2) Compare design and implementation carefully and thoroughly, 3) Check if UI/UX follows standards, 4) Find bugs and create a good bug report, 5) Write effective test cases and test specifications
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Before app release: Do system test, Fill out test specifications with results
- Optional: Automate testing, Make test specifications from system specifications
- Follow and apply QA Process throughout Software Testing Life Cycle
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience as a test engineer in a professional software company
- Experience working in Scrum Agile or other iterative software development environment
- Test planning, test case creation, and test execution experience
- UI testing experience, preferably in mobile and/or web application projects
- Test automation experience and familiarity with some test automation tools are appreciated
- Able to work as a team member in multiple Scrum Agile projects at the same time
- Self-motivated and passionate about testing
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Has experience in manual testing
- Knows Git and Gitflow
- Highly reliable, confident, focused and deadline-oriented
- With web and/or mobile application testing experience
