Job Description
Smartbag is a leading provider of online retail packaging services in Australia. Headquartered in Sydney Australia with warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Smartbag is rapidly expanding and needs more staff.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER – PART TIME
We require a mid to senior level graphic designer for a permanent part time home based position. We need a graphic designer for 15-20 hours a week guaranteed. Job would suite a freelancer working from home.
You will be responsible for:
- Web design
- Layout print design
- Prepare print ready files for the print
- Text changes to indesign or illustrator
- Proofing of work to ensure no mistakes
- Creation of email marketing design and promotions
- Preparation of monthly sales promotion and themes
- Website banners and creating new promotions
- Managing photo library and images
- Redraw logos
Must Have:
You must the following skills to apply, please do not apply if you do not have these skills:
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator Skills
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills
- Excellent Adobe Indesign
- Excellent knowledge of print design and layout
- Excellent knowledge of print
- Good skills in web
- Good creative skills
- Excellent English skills, this includes spelling, writing, grammar and oral communication
- Excellent proofing skills
- Excellent English skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work unsupervised in remote environment
- Ability to work from home remotely and securely
- Excellent command of English in both oral and written
- Latest Adobe licences
Salary will depend on your skills and experience.
