Job Description

We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst to test and evaluate our Practice Management/EMR system. This full-time role involves identifying software issues, documenting test results, and ensuring system functionality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and navigate the Practice Management System.
  • Perform QA testing to identify bugs or functionality issues.
  • Document and report test results.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with Practice Management/EMR applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general software use.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment in testing and troubleshooting.
