Job Description
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience
- Highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Experience supporting C-level executives preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Email & Communication Management:
- Manage CEO’s inbox, filter and prioritize emails.
- Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and responses.
Calendar & Scheduling:
- Own and optimize the CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Task & Project Management:
- Track key deliverables and deadlines, ensuring follow-through.
- Assist in organizing strategic priorities and ongoing initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination when needed.
High-Level Context Switching:
- Quickly shift between tasks, priorities, and discussions.
- Stay adaptable to evolving business needs and decisions.
Ownership & Initiative:
- Take full responsibility for assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
- Anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
Creativity & Problem-Solving:
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and organization.
- Navigate ambiguity and solve challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
